Blood Donations
There's no doubt that "Giving is not just about making a donation, it's about making a difference, as said by Kathy Calvin". It consists of varied forms, also a type of donation which created a vast need due to present medical problems & diseases, is Blood Donation.
As said by fourhearts.org, about 1 in 7 people entering a hospital need blood, further it could increase when some diseases like Dengue, Malaria, Typhoid are at their peak in society. In such situations, it becomes necessary for individuals to take a step forward & get ready for volunteering inside blood donation camps. .
To continue & fulfill such needs, we Abhikrati Foundation in cooperation with Archana foundation are continuously engaging in providing whole blood, SDP, RDP to the required patients at the moment of emergencies.
In addition to this, we are also conducting surveys related to blood donors, individuals wanting to volunteer with keeping in mind all the details regarding the blood donations i.e blood group type, Age, location in order to get exact & proper information.
The blood donations can be held in many ways depending upon the situations.
● It can be at any particular time i.e donations in camps which are organised timely in blood banks i.e Alwar Blood Bank & Jeevandhara Blood Bank.
● It can be done at any random time, i.e donations in blood banks at the time of urgency.
We request you too please fill our survey forms so that needy can get immediate help in less time, as each second can create difference for the patient & for the patient family. You can also ask for the urgent help & any requirement related to whole blood & platelets.
